Beef Samosas

Reviewed: May 2, 2012
These are delicious as is. However, I make the filling and spread it between two flour tortillas, then brown on both sides. Viola!!!.....Somosadillas. A quick shortcut and tastes better than nasty prefab pie crust.

Lobster Ravioli in Tomato Cream Sauce with Shrimp

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2012
This is a SAUCE recipe not a Lobster Ravioli recipe. However, the sauce was delicious and is rated based upon this recipe with changes. Still looking for a Lobster Rav recipe though. Will keep making this sauce in hopes I can pair them. Thank you!!

Harvest Pumpkin Cupcakes

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2011
My review is according to the actual recipe with no alterations. Divine cupcakes. I made them again with my own changes...I used a basic cream cheese frosting with the addition of 1 tsp cinnamon and a few dropped of orange oil instead of orange zest. I drizzled caramel sauce on top of the frosting and added a glazed pecan. I made them an mini cupcakes and they were a huge hit. Picture is posted.

Cinnamon Ice Cream

Delicious and very rich. I put a small scoop atop a carmelized pear and drizzled a small amount of caramel over the top. What a heavenly treat!!

Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Artichoke Hearts, Feta Cheese, Capers, and Black Olives

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2011
Prepared recipe as written...It was delicious. Lots of flavors going on. I prepared it again without marinating the chicken breast and without olives because I ran out. Still delicious and flavorful.

No-Guilt Zesty Ranch Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2011
This review is based on the actual recipe with no alterations. Really great dip!!! Everyone loved it. I have also made it a few times leaving out the horseradish but I've put in chipotle chili powder. You can do almost anything with this recipe. Thank you to the author for posting!!

Syrian Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2011
Thank you for posting this. I am Arabic and this is the same recipe my Grandmother and Mother used. I leave out the oil and still get excellent results. I also used this recipe for pizza on the grill, meat pies. It also freezes very well. Teresa
