Becky's Chicken Salad

Wonderful! I tweeked it just a bit. Of course our grocery store was out of grapes, so I used dried cranberries! Loved it. Also added some garlic powder and Mrs. Dash. It's a keeper! Thanks for a great recipe!

Apple Pork Chops

What a great recipe for pork chops. My husband loved this. I have shared it with my family and it has been a hit there, too. The sauce can be made into a very flavorful gravy.

This recipe was very easy to make. It smelled wonderful and tasted even better. I made a double batch and used some of it for another recipe I found on this site, Ibby's Pumpkin Mushroom Stuffing. Fantastic Thanks for a great recipe

I made this for a faculty lunch. Everyone complimented me on it and wanted the recipe. I used all white meat and had to use extra sauce. THe cole slaw on top was new to me but was WONDERFUL!! Great recipe!
