Gelatin Divinity
Wonderful recipe! I made it with lime gelatin, and also with raspberry. Both taste fantastic. As a newbie to candy making, I was not too sure about the whipping "until the candy loses its gloss," so each batch I made came out a little different texture-wise. But all the candy was deliciously edible.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle
I'm new to candy making of any kind, so this recipe was perfect for me. I made it with regular peanuts (roasted with oil & salt) and it came out just fine. After I ran out of peanuts I made it with pecans and walnuts, both of which tasted great. Then I ran out of light corn syrup, so my last batch was with dark corn syrup and whole almonds, and this, too, was great. It's a wonderful recipe!

Carrot Dill Soup
I looked for this recipe after we enjoyed the Dill Carrot Soup at the Union Station Museum Restaurant in Ogden, Utah. I used baby carrots, and let my dried dill weed and fresh chives soak in the milk while the carrots, onion, and garlic simmered in the broth. We rate this even better than the restaurant's version!
