I tried making these last night with mostly good results. I was surprised how easy they were! I have a mandoline so slicing the potatoes was easy, but I found they didn't crisp up as uniformly as I'd hoped. Some were too cooked while others remained a little floppy, all in the same batch. They were still pretty tasty, however, and I will continue to experiment with them in the future. I'm thinking about trying sesame oil for some asian flavour.
