I spend a lot of time in the kitchen, serving three squares a day to my husband & myself (we are retired). I am gluten-fee(Celiac) and have to watch everything I put in my mouth, hardly ever eat out. It's a difficult existence to say the least, but I don't burden others with my complaining. I am also a vegetarian (by choice) and have been for many years. I do eat dairy, though I have to watch it because I think I'm a bit "dairy-intolerant." My husband and I have brought up five beautiful daughters ( a couple are not the best of cooks, but there is always hope). I do cook meat, as my husband is not vegetarian and, of course, he is not gluten-restricted.
