Cherry Nut Muffins

I made bars instead of muffins and used both fresh sour pie cherries and home canned cherries off the same tree drained well. My family loved them. The texture was actually better when I hand mixed the ingredients just until blended than when I used a mixer to cream the butter and sugar.

Crackle Thins

My husband really liked this and they were fairly easy to make. I had to add some extra flour to make it pull together, but the result was a nice dry cracker with a mild flavor. On the second dough ball I worked in some garlic and onion powder and it was even better.

Easiest Focaccia Recipe

I am a fairly experienced bread maker, but this was my first attempt at foccaccia. I read all the reviews and did add a tsp of salt and one of oil to the dough as well as about 3 tbsp of herbs and garlic. It turned out fantastic. My husband and I sat down and ate the whole batch with butter hot out of the oven. It was the easiest bread I have ever made. I used my kitchen-aide stand mixer so there was no mess at all. I wish everything in life was this easy and this good. A giant hug to Morticia for a new family favorite.

Ron's Bread Machine White

The loaf was absolutely beautiful. I made it exactly as described. It had a nice texture as well, but the flavor was very bland. It also did not seem to stay fresh very long as compared with the recipe that came with my breadmaker.

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

This is a the best and easiest cinnamon roll recipe I've tried as of yet. These were what I was looking for, the big, fluffy, yeasty cinnamon rolls I remembered from childhood. Compared to many sweet roll recipes this one was a snap. I put an ordinary sugar glaze on them and my husband absolutely raved.

Quick Yeast Rolls

I've made a whole lot more complicated roll recipes that didn't taste as good as these easy rolls do. They do need more flour than the recipe calls for but that is easily remedies. They definitely do better in the muffin tin. I had one clean so I made hald a double batch in and the other half in a regular pan. The ones in the pan don't brown evenly, rather like biscuits, but that could be fixed too by brushing them with water to start with. I have honestly never seen rolls rise this fast and not be poor textured. Great recipe.
