Clark's Quiche

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2012
Very tasty and cheesy! My only criticizm is that the sour cream on the bottom seemed to soak into the crust making it very soggy. I usually coat with egg white first but didn't this time. Next time will brush with egg white or partially bake crust before adding egg mixture

Skillet Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2011
Loved these!! So buttery rich and sweet. I used less sugar than called for based on other reviews. Second time I made them I used 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup Splenda and they were plenty sweet and just as yummy.

Creamy Shrimp Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2010
Had an abundance of cherry tomatoes in my garden. This recipe was worth the work of cleaning out these little fellas. I am allergic to shrimp but not crab so I used canned crab meat instead. Delicious! Took them to a family gathering and they were gone in minutes! Even my grandchildren loved them. They are still asking when I will make them again.

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2009
I usually don't like banana bread. Always seems dry. But this is very moist and yummy. I didn't have enough bananas so I halved th recipe and made muffins. They came out great! This one goes into my favorites.

Cake Mix Cookies VII

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2009
Reduced sugar cake mix (Pillsbury) made this possible for me because I am diabetic. I used this recipe because of the baking powder. Glad I did. Got nice round pillowy, chewy cookies. I made them into small balls and slightly flattened them. 8 min baking was perfect. I only had chocolate cake mix and they were scrumptious. My last batch I added a little peanut butter...YUMMY!!
