Chocolate-Hazelnut Spread Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2011
These tasted fine, I was expecting more of a Nutella taste.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2011
YUM! Didn't have the spread so made my own with cream cheese, butter, onion powder, and garlic powder. I did marinate the chicken in Italian Dressing for half an hour after I pounded it out. Delicious, different, nice presentation; a real keeper!

Pecan Breaded Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Feb. 9, 2011
I thought it was great; hubby thought it 'so-so' said he would eat it again. I really liked the crunchiness of the pecans and the maple syrup added just a little extra flavor.

Lyndsie's Dr. Pepper® Meatballs

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
This is good; very reminescent of Coca-Cola Chicken which is a favorite in this house. Followed the recipe exactly and thought the Ranch Dressing would change the flavor, but I did not detect it.

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
My husband wanted more of a 'kick'; I thought it fine. However, I was disappointed that there wasn't enough liquid. I added 3/4 c water and a small can of tomato sauce. I will make it again - with the adjustments noted.

Tahini Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2011
I was amazed at how good these are! (These would be GREAT with chocolate chips, but that sort of defeats the purpose of a healthy cookie, doesn't it?) I followed the recipe exactly then drizzled a little more honey after reading reviews. I use black walnuts; don't like raisins. They are delicious warm and very good once cooled. Thanks for sharing. These will be a regular in our house.

Did make the 'meatballs', but the sauce was great and super easy with ingredients most have in the pantry or frig! Thanks!!!

Baked Kale Chips

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2011
I came across this recipe randomly, saw the number of people who rated it so high and HAD to try it! I sprayed with buttery flavored "Pam like" spray, and used seasoned salt. They taste very light, airy and it takes a lot to get the taste of the kale. I think one would eat them (and I will again) for the benefits of kale which are many. My husband ate them and said he'd eat them again. They were delicious warm. We don't have any to taste cooled!

Roasted Garlic Lemon Broccoli

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
YUM! I only tried these once but we have more broccoli so will try them again soon. Some pieces got a little dark because I left it in a few minutes too long, but even they were delicious. They were crispy on the ends! I will definitely save this recipe. My husband had seconds!!!!!

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2010
I put potatoes and an onion in the crockpot but that's the only changes I made. I thought this was easy and used ingredients typically in one's kitchen - but the chops were tasteless, according to DH and myself, and the gravy appeared lumpy, though it's flavor was delicious.

Cinnamon-Peach Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2010
A nice 'base', but not very peachy. The only change I made was to add a banana and delete the sugar. Kinda of blah.

Peanut Butter Popcorn

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2010
I gave it 5 stars WITH the following changes as suggested:I added a half cup of peanut butter rather than the suggested quarter cup. I also added half a cup of peanuts and baked at 200 degrees for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. My DH and I could not keep our hands off it!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2010
The first time, I didnt realize I was out of mushrooms, but this was just as good without them. My husband is 'sick of chicken' and he ate it all, even commenting that it was good and to keep the recipe. Second time I added the mushrooms; again he ate it all and wanted to be sure there would be some for lunch tomorrow!!!Thank you for sharing.
