Parmesan Sage Pork Chops
Wow...this was good! I had 9 thin-sliced boneless chops. I doubled the flour mixture and the number of eggs, but there was plenty of the breadcrumb mixture (as written) to cover the chops. Also, because they were thin, I only popped them in the oven for about 5 minutes. The sage and zest really come thru in this recipe; you shouldn't omit them if you can help it. A definite keeper...will make this again and again. Thanks for sharing!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
This is a great base recipe for any kind of muffin. I've made raspberry, raspberry white chocolate, and chocolate chip. I don't bother with the crumb topping and instead just sprinkle the tops with sugar before baking. I've made these with and without some vanilla extract added -- they're great both ways. No need to look any further -- this one's a keeper!

Meatball Nirvana
I omit the red pepper flakes for my kids, but the entire family loves these. I have made these with both beef and meatloaf mix, and both are very good. I recently used this recipe to stuff green peppers, and they were awesome. This recipe is in our regular rotation.
