Shrimp, Broccoli, and Sun-dried Tomatoes Scampi with Angel Hair

This dish looks great to the eye. It does lack flavor and you need to be careful not to overcook the broccoli. We tried to add extra garlic plus added parsley, lemon peel, pepper and green onion and still felt it lacked something.

Linguine with Seafood and Sundried Tomatoes

Great recipe! Very easy to prepare and very flavorful. The only change we would make is to increase the amounts of lemon zest and red pepper flakes to give it a more distinctive flavor. Thanks for giving us this one!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

The recipe was very good. The reason we rated it an overall 3 is because it is listed as cajun and it was not spicy as you would expect from the name. This one needs some adjusting to make it "cajun".

Old Italian Meat Sauce

My husband and I thought this recipe was good. Very meaty and thick! One word of caution, if you don't like the smell and flavor of red wine it's not for you. Even after being fully cooked down and 3 full days of the flavors blending the wine taste and smell was still strong with your first few bites. (until you get used to it again) We only made it once so it's possible that a wine less body would be al that is needed. Thanks for giving us this new recipe to try.

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

This recipe is fabulous. My husband and I truly enjoyed. It is very flavorful and a little on the rich side. Be sure to serve it with something light on the side. I used the 2/3 cup water to cook the shrimp. I have also made it with chicken and it was equally as good. It is a great sauce that can be adapted to just about anything.
