Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2010
LOVE LOVE LOVE! Fun, easy to make, and oh so yummy! Didnt have green onion so I used recipe white onion and sauteed with turkey. I grated the ginger root and only needed about 1-2 teaspoons. I love the toppings - the carrots, sprouts , and peanuts are awesome on these wraps! I also used hoison sauce as a topping. This is a recipe my husband and I LOVED!

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
These were the first Oatmeal Raisin cookies I have ever made and I know I will be making ALOT because they are AMAZING. I used regular crisco because I didnt have butter flavored, which was fine and I didnt have any clove so I added a little ground ginger and nutmeg. I love these!!!

Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2009
This is great! I cut the recipe in half - I only needed one roll of the cresent dough roll that comes in sheets. One sheet was enough for the bottom and top layer. Cutting the filling and topping in half worked perfect and I was able to make it all in a 9 in pie pan. I will be making this one again soon!

Peachy Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2012
I used 4 chops, used a 15 oz can of peaches, took others advice and added garlic and soy sauce and some orange juice. Browned in skillet then baked in oven 300 degrees for 1 hour. Will be making again for sure! We served it over medium egg noodles and there was plenty of sauce. Great dinner!!!

Ive made a lot of different pineapple upside-down cakes and this is one of my favorites for sure! Im making it for the second time in one week tonight. The only change I made was using the pineapple juice in place of water and it took a little bit longer in my oven.

Breakfast Casserole II

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2010
I make this casserole about once a month for coworkers or guests and everyone always loves it!. I mix everything in a bowl the night before and leave out the tater tots. Then in the morning I add the tots and bake it. Depending on who is eating it, I sometimes add onions and or peppers, sometiems I cut it in half, but its always a big hit.

Grilled Corn in Husks

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2011
This is how I always grill my corn and friends always love it when I make it for them. When I make it for my husband and I - I make his a little different by using barely any butter and adding chili powder to the parsley and parmesan. I think its the Parm that makes this so perfect. Making it again this week for sure!!!
