Baked Tilapia in Garlic and Olive Oil
VERY easy to make. It is a little watery, but it could be because I didn't dry the fish off with a paper towel. The flavor is mild, next time I may add more minced garlic. Quick and easy recipe though!

Taiwanese Pork Chops
This dish was a huge hit with the hubby. The trick to this dish is 1)Use thin sliced pork chops, 2) make little slits on both sides, and 3) marinate for at least 3-4 hours. I didn't use as much oil for frying as they suggested, but it still turned out fine. Very flavorful!!! Will make again!

Macadamia-Crusted Sea Bass with Mango Cream Sauce
I had hesitations making this as I am not a great cook when it comes to fish - but this tasted surprisingly delicious - my mouth was watering!! I marinated the sea bass in rice wine for a good 10 minutes to get the 'fishy' taste out, then I followed the instructions. I didn't have nuts so I just doubled up on bread crumbs, and when baked, the bread crumbs taste really crunchy and SOO yummy. I used HALF AND HALF instead of heavy cream (its less fat), and it still turned out very well.
