Super Al's Cocktail Sauce
Quick, simple and easy. We didn't have bottled on hand and had all the ingredients to make this so gave it a try. I didn't really measure and did cut back since I didn't need so much. I probably added extra ketchup but at first it seemed strong. But that's what's great about this recipe. Make it to your own tastes!

Peach Cobbler I
This was fantastic. I cut the butter in half as suggested by some and used a round cake pan to make it a little thicker but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. The cinnamon in the topping does make it look dark like whole wheat flour was used so next time I might try putting the cinnamon in with the peaches but that's just appearance. The taste was wonderful.

Dill Dip
I cut this recipe down a bit since I didn't need so much and used less mayo than sour cream like some suggested (about 1/2 as much) also cut the sugar in half. I used green onion instead of regular because that was all I had. The dip was excellent though and got better as it sat and the flavors came together.
