Great spicy recipe. I made two whole chickens, cut into pieces, and microwaved the pieces for 10 minutes to shorten grill time (especially for legs quarters). Indian restaurants in the US generally serve without the heat and spiciness this cuisine deserves (hmm, Indian kids eat it spicy). My kids loved it with the heat, but they're accustomed. Quadrupled the sauce. Next time will use half & half and/or evap milk (great idea), and cut the salt. I hadn't read the reviews, but couldn't get myself to pour all that in by instinct.
