About this Cook
I love cooking. I learnd to prepare bread since I was five just by looking at my father. Since then, cooking has been the only activity that I have been able to achieve completely without quitting.

Chicken Nachos
I used regular onions, fresh garlic and just paprika and cayenne for the chicken. Sauteed for just a bit in olive oil just enough to get the pink out of the meat. I had a jar of nacho dipping sauce, so I omitted the green chilies. I put fresh cut tomatoes to the last layer after the last layer of cheese and it came out so good almost as restaurant style.

Stuffed Mushrooms
I gave this recipe 5 stars just because of how fast and simple it is to prepare. I didn't broil them either. I put them in 400 degrees temp. for about 20 mins.

Sweet Corn Tomalito
Excellent! This has been my most desired recipe for a long time. I used to go to Chevy's just so I could have my Tomalito...Im sure some old employee gave this recipe away.
