Sweet Short Pastry

It was easy to make, and easy to roll out; it didn't crack at all! It was just perfect! Very unique crust.

Simple the best fruit pie i've ever eaten! Pitting out the cherries was time kind of consuming but the steps were easy to follow, and the taste is really wonderful. This was my first pie that i baked and it was a total success!

Apple Pie III

I had hard time with the crust. It kept cracking even if i added the cold water and chilling the crust. But the filling was easy to make and the smell is great.
