Several problems with this recipe even thouhh I followed iy exactly. First off through entire process, I hamd beat the batter so not to over beat it.
1. This should be done in a water bath found that the edge of the cheesecake was over done. Was dark and dry.
2. Also, I find that the oven was entirely to hot at 350. Lower it to 325. Found that the cheescake overcoagulated and yes it did crack.
4. Since the cracking was caused by the trapping of air. It would help that if the eggs should be the last thing that is . Placed in the batter. I have cooked a lot of cheescakes I found this to be average.
