Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts
Great recipe! Made these this morning for a special Christmas Eve "breakfast". It did take a long time, but was worth it! My boys loved them. I followed the recipe (halved it, based on some of the feedback - using just one pack of yeast - and ended up with 17-18 biscuit-sized donuts). I didn't have a donut cutter, so just used a buscuit cutter. The donuts fluffed up beautifully as they fried. Added red sugar sprinkles to make them festive. My son said they were just as good - if not better than KK and DD!!

Easy Pie Crust
LOVE this crust! So amazingly simple. I've used this a couple times for quiche while trying to keep up with all my fresh garden veggies. I agree that the salt and sugar should be adjusted. I made it per the recipe the first time, and both the salt and sugar were too noticeable. I reduced both the next time by half, and it was perfect.

Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Bars
I've been making these for several years now. They are my son's favorite. He asked for these for his last birthday instead of a cake. They are extremely rich. I agree that the sugar and chocolate chips can be cut back, and I also reduce the butter in the crust. Cooking time is longer for me.
