Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

So I went on Google search to find the best chewy chocolate chip cookies. I found two recipes so I decided to make two different batches. The first recipe, my cookies came out chewy but very crispy. I didn't add an egg yolk and the recipe called for baking powder and baking soda. I'll give the first recipe four stars. Then I tried this recipe and tweeked the recipe. These cookies are by far the best I've had. I added crushed walnuts to the batter and instead of using 3/4 cup of butter I added 2tbls of olive oil to my measuring cup to make up the 3/4 cup of butter. I baked for 17-20 minutes. I let rest for 5-10 minutes. The cookies were so chewy, gooey,and the edges were crispy. Just the way a cookie should be.
