Gluten-Free Yellow Cake

This was so delicious and moist!!! So moist! I did use Bobs gluten free all purpose flour and an egg replacer due to an egg allergy. I did also add a little cinnamon and dang they turned out great!!! I did cupcakes at 350 for about 22 minutes. Yummmm will keep and do again

Pumpkin Pancakes

I absolutely loved these!! I halved the recipe and did a teaspoon and a half of pumpkin pie spice instead of all the separate ones. I did use the full egg and I had to add more milk to get the right consistency. They turned out so fluffy and perfect. Yummmmmmm
