Fluffy Pancakes
In the end Fantastic, but I was originally going to leave a bad review. Before doing that I thought I should check the recipe again to make sure I followed it exactly. Ended up that I left out the butter and sugar! As you can imagine, without those two things they were bland and rubbery. LESSON LEARNED - before you give a less than glowing review, make sure you followed the recipe! These were fantastic once I made them correctly.
