Hello Dolly Bars
Delicious! You can play around with the toppings to suit your tastes. I like dark chocolate, coconut, and almonds. Next time I make these, which will be soon since they're so easy, I'll include the white chocolate chips as well. Perfect for parties.

Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
I love oatmeal cookies and these were really good. I left out the raisins and added walnuts instead. They came out very soft for me, the first batch broke up when I tried to remove them from the pan. I cooked the other batches longer than stated and that seemed to work for me. There's no doubt I'll make them again, maybe adding less butter so that they're not as soft? Very good!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
Very good recipe. Even my husband, who isn't a big fan of sweet potatoes, went for seconds. I read the comments before making and decided to go with black beans. I'm glad I did. The beans alone are something I would make again, for various mexican dishes. Much better than refried beans. I didn't add any water at all to the bean mixture. The brand I bought had a thicker liquid that didn't drain completely. What little was left in the can was all I thought it needed in the pot, even one cup of water would have made it too soupy. So, keep that in mind when cooking. Add a little bit of water at a time and see how it goes from there.
