Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Gail's Raisin Cake

WOW!! This is an amazing cake! I was reading through the bible and realized that the food "raisin cake" was mentioned and eaten alot as part of the hebrew tradition. So I was inspired to look for a "raisin cake" recipe. Though I'm sure this is not a traditional hebrew recipe, it sure is delectable!! As another reviewer did, I also made mine in a bundt pan. Incredibly moist, just enough sweetness to it and so very easy to make. Thanks for sharing. I will be making this often.

Beef Fajita Marinade

This was wonderful!! I didn't have tequila, so I skipped that and I also didn't have the cilantro, so i just used 1 tbls. puerto rican sofrito which I had on hand. I used chicken instead of steak and the fajitas were great!! I'll make this marinade for fajitas over and over again. Thanks for sharing.

Beefy Chinese Dumplings

Simple and soooooo delicious. I added some garlic to the mixture just for extra flavor. Did everything exactly and they came out great. You have to spend a little time putting the dumplings together, but this is very easy to do. Thanks for the recipe. This will be done often at my house. =)

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

Excellent muffins!! I told my husband that I would try to put the cream cheese mix between two layers of the batter (so that it's more like a filling instead of a topping) but he said he loved them as is. Thanks for sharing. Will make again.

Moist Yellow Cake

This cake batter is incredibly moist. So moist, almost didn't hold up. LOL. Anyway, I made cupcakes and they came out great. The only thing I would change is how much sugar is put in, especially if using frosting to decorate. Next time I will try just adding 2 cups of sugar and ommit the other half. I will make this again.

Chicken and Dumplings III

Fluffy Whole Wheat Biscuits

I used this biscuit dough in a chicken and dumplings recipe from this site and they held up great. Next time I will make them as regular biscuits. I have no doubt they will be just as delicious. Thanks for sharing.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken

Overall, the taste was ok (too lemony for me) but I just didn't like how it all curdled up and it was, as others have stated, a greasy mess. I used half and half, maybe that's why it curdled? I don't know but I will not use this recipe again. Sorry.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

I love this recipe!! This is actually the second time trying to make homemade pancakes and the first recipe I used was horrible. These are very fluffy and great tasting. They brown up nicely, as well. For a healthier version use White Whole Wheat flour instead of all purpose and it works just as well. Now, if I could just get the flipping part right. =) This recipe is a keeper.

Cake Mixes from Scratch and Variations

This cake is definitely moist and delicious, but a little too dense for my liking. I used butter so maybe I'll try using cooking oil next time around to lighten the texture a bit. My hubby and kids loved it, though. I'm going to attempt to make crumb cake from this recipe as the taste and density is similar to the one from a popular coffee shop (hubby's favorite dessert). Thanks for sharing.

Everytime my grandmother comes to visit us from P.R., she makes this for us. Funny how I never bothered to ask her for the recipe, but this one is just like it. Delicious!! Simple. Will make again.
