Wow!!! This was already a great recipe but I took it over the top!!!! I made my crust with oreo cookies and butter. I also put caramel in holes after I took the pie out of the oven. Then I made fudge brownies and broke them up and mixed them with melted semi-sweet chocolate and layer it over the pie on top of the caramel. Then I added the whipped cream and on top of that put shaved chocolate and strings of fudge topping and caramel topping. I'm a hit!!!

Amazing Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

This recipe was greeeaaatttt!! I altered it a bit by adding kielbasa, chicken pieces and a few capers. Served it up with focaccia bread and it was the hit of the night!!!! Thanks!!!!

Sweet Potato Pie IV

This recipe without the topping mirrors my grandmother's recipe for sweet potato pie. This rich creamy delicious pie sends me back to that kitchen window we used to peer into as kids in Gary, IN while we watched my grandmother set her pies out to air. Wow!
