French Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2008
This is my favorite recipe by far, period. It's so easy to make, love that it only has 4 ingredients in the bread. I make it 1-2 times a week, and we never tire of it. It seems to raise really quickly as well, which I love!

Baked Cheese Olives

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2008
These were pretty good. The only reason I didn't give them five stars was because I did have to add some warm water to the dough to get it the right consistancy. I love that I can make a ton and freeze them, and they still only take about 15 minutes till they're hot and ready to eat

Busy Day Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2006
This was pretty good, but I will definately use boneless skinless chicken next time. The flavor was great, but you had to dig through a big pot of skin and bones and sauce to find the meat.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2006
This is the best meatloaf I have ever had, and I grew up having the mom who made 'the best meatloaf,' even though I always had to put ketchup on hers. No need for ketchup on this meatloaf, it is FULL of flavor!!!

I have fallen in love with this marinade. I use it everytime I cook steaks, but my favorite is to marinate my meat for Kabobs in it. Oh, they come out soooo yummy!

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2006
This was absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe as is, and just loved it. I was worried that the curry would be too overpowering, since the aroma filled my entire house, but it was perfect! Picky husband loved it.

Teriyaki Chicken for the Busy Cook

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2006
This wasn't that great, we didn't think. It didn't look appealing, first of all, and the flavor was a bit bland. I used b/s breast, and was hoping the sauce would be a bit more sticky, less runny.

We absolutely loved this chicken! I followed the recipe exactly, and marinated it over night. It was a bit sour, but that was what we loved about it!

Basic Crepes

When I decided to make crepes for a bridal shower I was incredibly intimidated, but the first time I made these they all turned out perfect! Very easy, and good. We love to have them for break fast and we fill some with ham, egg, and cheese, and some with fruit and a little whipped cream.

Easy Decadent Truffles

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2006
These are exactly what they say they are, easy and decadent. I made them for a bridal shower I threw, and everyone was amazed that they were homeade. Even after making over 100, I would still say that they were so easy. Just time-consuming to roll them all, I recruited help.

I absolute love this recipe! I have been looking for a homemade cocoa recipe for gift baskets I am making for Christmas. I used the Vanilla creamer also, and put a little more powder in with the water for my taste. It is wonderful!
