Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2008
OMG!! This cookie rocks. I followed the recipe exactly. I am still baking them and had to "sample" one from the first batch because they smelled so good. This one's a keeper.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2007
Increased the pretzels to 2 cups, decreased the cream cheese to 1 pkg, and used 2 pkgs of strawberries and it was great. But only 4 stars as written.

Ranch Oyster Crackers

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2007
These are always good at a party, make sure you use garlic powder and not garlic salt, or the guests will be drinking all your beverages to get over the saltiness.

Krissy's Easy Chocolate Triple Layer Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2007
What an easy and delish pie. I used a regular pie crust as well and mine turned out great. I had no problem with the layering and it was not too liquidy.

Ham and Potatoes Au Gratin

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2007
One of my hubby's all time favorites, I did cut back to about a 1/4 tsp. salt though, because the ham was salty.

Candied Tea Stirrers

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2007
T used regular spoons and heavy plastic spoons, some of the plastic spoons did melt when first pouring in the hot liquid. I would go with all regular spoons next time. You have to work fast to pour the hot candy because it gets stringy pretty fast.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2007
I found this recipe to be really time consuming and stressing. My cookies did not spread out too much, but I did have problem with cookies cracking and jam burning on cookie sheets and causing cookies to weld to pan.....I strongly suggest parchment paper. Cookies did taste better 2nd day.
