Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2014
This was amazing! I substituted red pepper for the curry bc I didn't have any, also used Dijon mustard bc I wasn't sure which kind. Added garlic bc I love it and cut the butter in half to make it healthier. Mmmmmm yum!

Creamy Cheesy Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2014
Was okay, but just not creamy enough for me. The spinach and artichoke dip with mayo is better, but this one is vegetarian so that's a bonus.

Asparagus with Cranberries and Pine Nuts

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2014
Wonderful! Made for thanksgiving and it disappeared! Super easy, I used steam in the bag asparagus and then moved it to the pan so I didn't worry about burning the pine nuts.

Matzah

This is really good, tastes like bakes chips or crackers. Super exhausting to make with all the rolling... I made two batches and was hot and tired when I finally finished 2 hours later...

Blackberry Cobbler

I thought this was really good, very easy to make. I had a dark pan so turned the oven down to 325 and had to cook it about 1hr 10 mins. Perfect served with vanilla ice cream!

Shrimp Chowder

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2014
This recipe is bland as is and needs extra seasoning. I'm going to add garlic, bay leaves and perhaps red pepper and see if that helps. Easy enough to fix and modify though.
