Easiest Oven Baked Chicken

I gave it 5 stars because of the easiness of the recipe. And the chicken came out moist with crispy outside. I had no problem with the crumbs not sticking to the chicken or fell off. But, I did marinate the chicken breasts with seasonings as suggested by VELVEETA0811. I also seasoned the saltines as TINAKIDD suggested because the saltines I had were not salted. I also added curry powder to both the chicken marinate and cracker crumbs. I learned that from one of my mom's friends who owned a restaurant. My whole family loved it! I would definitely use this recipe again.

Golden Sweet Cornbread

I followed the recipe as it is. The only thing I changed is reducing amount of sugar to 1/2 cup. You can still taste the sweetness. It is so quick and easy! My 6 year old typically doesn't like cornbread loved it. I would definitely make it again. No more store brought!

Chunky Cheesecake Brownies

It is such an easy brownie recipe. So yummy and moist! I made it for Father's Day and my husband thought I brought it from the bakery! I followed the recipe pretty much as it is except I used mini chocolate chip in the cream cheese batter vs. 1 cup of semi-sweet. I used 1/2 cup of bittersweet and 1/2 cup of semi-sweet and no complains from the family. I served it with vanilla ice cream and homemade whipped cream with chocolate syrup and raspberry. No more brownie mix from the box anymore!!

Blender Hollandaise Sauce

Overall I think it is very good. Very easy to make but make sure the butter is not just melted but hot; otherwise, it doesn't thicken. Also, the amount of butter has to be 1/2 cup as well. The only reason I gave it 4 stars vs. 5 is because we found it too lemony. Next time, I'll reduce it by 1/2. I don't have Dijon mustard so I used Ballpark mustard instead and it still tasted fine. I also added a little salt at the end. I'll definitely use this recipe again!
