Sugar Cookie Frosting

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2006
very good frosting, a little thick but very tasty. i added almond extract instead of the vanilla for a different smell and taste. this will be the frosting i use for my sugar cookies from now on!

very very good, the whole pan went, i didn't put all the veggies on it except for the lettuce. the lettuce got very soggy, so i probably will leave it off next time...otherwise awesome dip!

French Toast II

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2006
very very good french toast, this was my first time ever making it too!! a couple things i changed was i halfed the recipe since it was only my boyfriend and i eating it, so i used 2 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar, no nutmeg, dash of cinnamon and splash of vanilla in the batter. i turned the heat down to medium because they were burning before getting done on the inside...but they tasted wonderful, we gobbled them up in minutes! thanks!!

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2009
Me and my whole family loved this recipe. My husband's dad makes jambalaya every Christmas but won't share his recipe, this was a very close recipe to his and I will definately be making it many times!! Neither of my parents have ever had it before and they both absolutely loved it. The only things I changed was I just didn't add as much green pepper and onion as it said just because of personal preferance. Then for seasonings I used only the recipe for "Creole Seasoning Blend" found on this site. Then I mixed the cooked rice in with it before serving it. Fabulous!!
