Artichoke Chicken
Loved this. Did as others and used 1/4 mayo and 1/2 sour cream. I had thick pieces of chicken, so it took longer than 30 minutes, about 1 1/4 hour for the chicken to cook through. Next time I will pound the chicken a little thinner to cut down on the cooking time.
