Anchovy Linguine
This is a simple, quick recipe with just a few ingredients, but the taste is really good. I thought the anchovies would be too salty, but they actually add a great umami flavor to the pasta. Using broth instead of water, as suggested by another reviewer, does add a certain something that was lacking the first time I made this. I like to add freshly-grated Parmesan on top.

Asian Grilled Chicken
I thought the brown sugar and orange juice would make it really sweet, but the spiciness and acidity balanced it out perfectly. In the future I might add a teaspoon more or so of Sriracha just because I love the stuff, but it's moist and delicious as written.

Antipasto Pasta Salad
Fun twist on a traditional pasta salad. The asiago gives it a distinct cheesy flavor, while the pepperoni adds a spicy kick. You could eat this on its own for lunch if you were so inclined, but I served it as a side dish at a family cookout. It's a great complement to burgers and hot dogs.
