Cheesy Spinach Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2004
I loved this more than I thought I would. I used 8 oz of spagetti, 3/4 cup sour cream, I used 1 can of spinach, Omitted Artichokes, I used 5 velvetta slices of cheese that I ripped into 4's,1/2 cup of parmesan cheese, I used real onion minced. It was great. My husband doesn't like spinach but loved this. I will be making this again.

Chicken Spaghetti Casserole I

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2005
Excellent! Though I have to agree, the cheddar was a tad bit much. Next time I will use Mild. Didn't use pimentos. Used cream of chicken, and chicken broth instead of wine. My husband loved it.

Bread Pudding II

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2004
BEST Bread pudding I ever tasted. First time I ever made it. I Doubled the recipe and took the following advice: Used 15 slices of bread, 5 eggs, 2 cups egg nog, 2 cups milk, 1 cup of sugar. I also put the bread in the Oven 250 degrees for 10 minutes since I didn't have any stale bread. It took approx 55-60 min. Came out perfect. Thanks everyone for this pefect recipe. Hope this helps you achieve the perfection I enjoyed.

Kielbasa Pasta Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2004
It was great however, mine was a little dry. Just a little. I used spagetti sauce and used 1 1/2 jar! So I suggest 2 jars. Also I used 1 cup parmesian cheese. And I didn't have any stewed tomatoes. But the Spagetti sauce I used had tomatoe chunks, and peppers and green onions. It still tasted Great. I will make this again!
