I have always enjoyed cooking but to say my skills have hit a plateau would be an understatement. I have my own management consulting firm for the A/E/C (Architectural, Engineering and Construction) industry. I live just north of Atlanta with my wife and two daughters.
Besides cooking I enjoy reading, writing, guitar, philosophy, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, traveling, the mountains and working.

I enjoy stews, soups, gumbo and grilling. (Fish, chicken and pork.)

Seafood and traditional southern cooking! My mom makes the best gumbo and friend chicken ever.
My cooking triumphs
I am always proud of my gumbo though it is far from where I want it to be.
My cooking tragedies
Fried chicken!! I have only tried it once and that was 20 years ago.
