Rolling Fondant
I made 2 batches of this and they both turned out beautiful!!! I followed the recipe EXACTLY! I've never felt to blessed to have a good stand mixer, worth every penny!

Easy Brownie Mix Cookies
I mixed all of the ingredients and it looked like batter, not dough. So I read over the recipe again and noticed that it asked for a 19.8 ounce box, this is the family size mix box. The box I used only had 18.2 ounces. So mine turned out terrible. It's not really the recipes fault, it did specify.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I made this exactly as directed except I used mini chocolate chips instead of nuts. I have to admit, I didn't care for the large chunks of bananas, if I made this again I would mash them. I checked on this after 50 minutes and it was already pretty dark on the outside but the inside was not done. It's almost burned on the outside, giving it a crunchy crust. I made two, one in a glass loaf pan and one in a metal pan and they both came out this way. The flavor is wonderful though and I hope that the family I baked the second loaf for doesn't mind having it a bit crispy on the outside and chunky on the inside.
