Excellent cake! The coffee is not over powering, it gives it a nice mocha taste. It was very moist, and as another reviewer mentioned, the batter was very thin or "liquidy," which made me a little nervous, but it baked beautifully in exactly 30 minutes. I avoid spraying the edges of the pan so the center doesn't sink and let it cool in pan before removing from pan. Then put in freezer for 20 minutes before frosting.
