This cake is wonderful. My sister is pregnant and lactose intolerant, but she was craving a good chocolate cake when I stumbled upon this one. I made it without the pudding and used a soy based sour cream (lactose free). I also used a combination of starbucks coffee liquor and Creme de Cocoa liquor. I used Andes mint chips instead of chocolate chips. It came out wonderful, rich and moist!!! This is my best new chocolate cake recipe, and I can't wait to make it with the regular ingredients to compare to the lactose free version!
