Absolutely amazing. It took much longer than 25 minutes for the water to cook out, so I removed the ribs and put the stove to high heat. Before adding the ribs back, I drained the fat out of the pot. I also used 1 tbsp of crushed bay leaves (because that's what I had in the cupboard), and it was great. I served the ribs along with the parsley/garlic paste, and it was a huge hit.
