Mom's Stovetop Pork Ribs

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2011
Absolutely amazing. It took much longer than 25 minutes for the water to cook out, so I removed the ribs and put the stove to high heat. Before adding the ribs back, I drained the fat out of the pot. I also used 1 tbsp of crushed bay leaves (because that's what I had in the cupboard), and it was great. I served the ribs along with the parsley/garlic paste, and it was a huge hit. Please send our thanks to your mother!!

Sweet and Sassy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2008
We used this as a marinade for the pork tenderloin, and it came out great. I substituted brown mustard for the dijon, and we thought it was great. Not spicy, not vinegary, just perfect.

Such a great family recipe! I omitted the hot sauce since it can be added at the table, and everyone cleaned their plates!

Roasted Chicken with Risotto and Caramelized Onions

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2008
This takes a little longer than 45 minutes to make, but it's well worth it. I served it with a chicken breast on top of the risotto, and my dinner guests loved it!

My husband grew up on carne asada, and if he likes it, then it must be good and authentic. I just love how easy it is to make.

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2007
What's better than butter and garlic? And it cooks the asparagus just as well as steaming does.
