Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Venison Bacon Burgers

Garlic Broccoli Spears

I used frozen broccoli. Frozen veggies just aren't as good as the fresh ones so this was a great way to season them. Everyone ate them right up without any complaints. Thank you.

Cranberry, Sausage and Apple Stuffing

This stuffing is excellent when paired with the maple roast turkey, but beware if you're cooking for picky eaters. It doesn't look like your typical stuffing and if you can't get anybody to eat it then they won't know how good it is. I had so many leftovers I didn't know what to do with them.

Pumpkin Cheesecake in a Gingersnap Crust

This is a great Thanksgiving recipe. My family always has me bring the chhesecake and this one was a hit. A little tip though. make sure to pat the pumkin dry between some papertowels. If you do that you shouldn't have any trouble with the cheesecake being too soft.

Maple Roast Turkey and Gravy

The turkey turns out great, but I'm not a big fan of the sweet gravy. I also make it with the sausage, apple stuffing. They are an unbeatable pair.

Potato Casserole II

I love this stuff. I make it every year for the holidays. It's also great for potlucks, it always goes over really well. I use low fat sour cream and reduced sodium/fat chips for mine.
