Szechwan Shrimp

I had cocktail shrimp on hand so I just used that and it came out just fine. Only thing I did different was that I used a table spoon of sriracha instead of ketchup and omitted the pepper flakes.

Take The Night Off Slow Cooker Pineapple Chicken

i only gave it 4 stars because I altered the cooking method. I used a stovetop and cubed and dredged my chicken in addition to letting the sauce reduce and added cornstarch and applications cider vinegar fr that extra kick. after that its 5 stars to me.

Pesto Chicken Florentine

so easy and quick to make. use whole bag of spinach and throw in a cup of mushrooms. and use the freshest pesto you can. makes a difference. season the chicken with seasoned salt and pepper. dredge it a little. comes out moist and not dry with flavor

Cream Corn Like No Other

This recipe came really close to the one I had at the Bonaventure in DTLA. I did mine with 2% fat milk, But I reduced it in a separate pan to make it thicker. Be generous with the parm.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

I Followed this recipe exactly as it asked for, except I let it simmer covered in a sauce pan like other reviews suggested while I was browning the chicken to make the sauce thick. Also we only used half the suggested serving of Sriracha since we like the taste, just not the spice. It was wonderful. My boyfriend, the pickiest eatter in the entire world loved it!

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

I hate mushrooms. But my family loves mushrooms. I made this for them and listened to other reviews by buttering the mushroom and adding crab meat and Italian bread crumbs. They loved it!
