Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II
I followed the video instructions, using wine and chicken broth rather than water and chicken bouillon. I also added the baby carrots and sliced fresh mushrooms. I found it very flavorful and served it over rice.

Hearty Ham Casserole
I cook meals for another family twice a week. 3 children (2 in their teens and another around 12), Mom and Dad. I made this for them and they all loved it; they requested that I make this casserole again. It's quite simple, as well!

World's Best Lasagna
This was a great lasagna! Yes, the sauce had many ingredients and took some time to put together and simmer, but we thought it was worth the effort. I did, however, add about an extra cup and a half of water during the simmer as I found the sauce to be just a little too thick. I also used oven-ready lasagna noodles and was somewhat nervous that they wouldn't have the right consistency, but they were great, and that cuts out at least the step of having to cook the noodles first. It made a huge pan of lasagna, and after 5 of us having it for dinner, there is still lots leftover!
