Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2013
What a hit! I cut the chicken breasts in four for more even cooking and to shorten cook time. I also didn't add all the sauce to prevent it from being too spicy for kids. Topped with coleslaw in buttery toasted buns, very satisfying.

I made 18 muffins out of this recipe. 28 minutes baking time. I'm going to freeze them in pairs.

Ultimate Corn Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2008
This is not the corn bread I grew up with. My mom makes it from scratch using fresh corn. This recipe is more cake like but it has very good corn flavor and the top bakes to a very nice crispy texture. I baked these for New Years lunch and loved them. I decreased butter to one cup and let the batter rest for a few minutes. I used an icecream scoop to fill cupcake liners and baked them for about 25 minutes.

Tuna Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2005
I will never use a recipe that calls for canned soup in my tuna casserole again. This recipe is perfect. I used frozen peas because I don't like my peas mushy. For the kids I leave the recipe as is and they love it. For my husband and I get more creative and add our favorite vegetables.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2005
We eat a lot of fish so I am always looking for recipes that call for different ingredient combinations so that our fish dinners while frequent taste different but yummmy. This is a great recipe that requires very little work and the result is fantastic. Thanks Phoebe.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2005
Unbelievable on toasted galic bread. I add a Tablespoon or two of milk to make it a tiny bit creamier and I bake it in low dish so it can bake evenly. Do not leave it too long in the oven or it will look a little curdled instead of creamy.
