Yummy!! That's the word my kids were using all morning. After reviewing the comments, I made a few variations. First, I noted that the recipe says buttermilk can be used in place of yogurt, although it's not listed as an ingredient, so I made that substitution. Also, I added 1 TBS of lemon extract. We like a lemony taste, so someone else may want to use less. I used only 2 TBS of poppy seeds. I also used 1/2 a cup of butter, in place of vegetable oil (which may be why we found them to be moist!) Last, I baked them for about 15 minutes, instead of 20. Minor variations, because the lemon sauce you drizzle on at the end *makes* these muffins!

This was really good! I made it in the slow cooker, and the pork was super tender. My kids weren't as thrilled with it, but they did eat it, and they're very picky. Both my DH and I loved it though, and I will definately be making it again.

My kids loved this! The almonds give it a nice crunch, and the flavor is really nice. I'll have to remember to keep almonds on hand this winter, as I know my kids will be asking for this again.

My family loved this! I did add the chinese five spice as suggested. marniated this for about 10 hours, and then put the pork roast on a rotissery cooker. I basted the gravy on it through the cooking time, and it came out SO juicy and tender! This is one I will definately be making again. I used the leftovers to make some pork fried rice too.

Whoever the reviewer was who said you couldn't get this wrong, was correct! I thought I had bread crums and didn't, so I just browned the chops (nice thick chops!) I thought I had cream of mushroom soup, and got down to the end and didn't (wow, time to restock some staples in my pantry!). I used 1 1/4 cups sour cream, mixed with Lipton Onion Soup mix, and can of mushrooms, and it turned out great! I did put these in my slow cooker, but that's because I was running errands, and didn't want to leave the oven on while I was gone, lol. Excellent recipe, and definately will add this to our list of regular meals. I served this up with stuffing, and it was a hit with kids too.

My family loved this!! I have a little guy who is very picky, and getting him to eat meat is like pulling teeth. He DEVOURED this, and asked for seconds. It's a nice simple meal, with a good taste, even if it's not steak :o)

This is the best tasting fried chicken I have ever made! I used drumsticks and thighs, and it came out just fine. Moist and juicy. I did lower the heat, and fry longer, as I thought 10 minutes was too short for each side, but it came out golden and yummy. This is definately something I will be making again.

All three of my very picky children, came back for seconds on this tasty dish. It was easy to make, and tasted delious!

WOW! This is one of the BEST bbq beef recipes I've ever had! We made this for dinner, and the kids were scrambling to claim seconds for lunch the next day. We made a bigger roast for a get together at our house, and the recipe was requested frequently. I'm still emailing it to friends and family. You can't go wrong on this one.

This was excellent! It cooked up easy in my electric skillet (trying to beat the heat of summer!) and my kids enjoyed it. I could have used a few less almonds, but that's just personal prefrence. I will be making this again.

This was wonderful! My husband raved about it, and he's really picky. THe flavor was good, it was nice and moist, and it was easy. The only problem I had was peeling the cabbage leaves to make them able to stuff, but that was no reflection of this wonderful recipe. I also doubled the sauce recipe, as noted by an earlier reviewer, and my family found these to be moist and tastey.

This is like a pumped up version of a peanut buster parfait from DQ! I made this for my son's 3rd birthday, and I am still getting requests for this recipe!

I made this for my husbands birthday (he doesn't like cake) and it was wonderful!! Creamy, smooth texture, and fabulous flavor. I will definatley be making this one again.

I'm not an asparugus fan, but made this for my Dh who loves the stuff. Surprisingly, it was very tasty! We did cook it longer than 2-3 minutes

This is great salmon and fish basting sauce. Sweet and tangy, my husband, who is not a fish lover, even enjoys this.

this was good! I did use a canned, green enchilada sauce on top, as I had it on hand, but it tasted great!

I would add more garlic and rosemary next time. They came out bland - and, I would let them bake longer, they weren't soft enough. Good potential though, with some modifications
