Bubble Pizza
loved it! we went bare-bones, just the biscuit dough, hamburger, sauce, and cheese, but i did use a jarred spaghetti sauce with mushrooms included. (only about half the 26oz jar, saved the other half for dipping/dressing!) i sprinkled garlic powder and oregano over the biscuit dough before spreading on the meat + sauce, baked as directed, and used a mexican mix (non-seasoned) of shredded cheeses. the whole family loved it! we've decided to call it 'pizza lasagna,' as that's what it really reminded us of.

Simple Scones
love, love, love these scones. i typically omit the raisins/currants, and reduce the sugar to about 1/4c. i divide the batch in half, then 1/2 tsp cinnamon + 1/2c chocolate chips to one part, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1/2c shredded cheddar to the other -- a side and a dessert, with very little added effort. (i make them by melting the butter, by the way.)

Country Quiche
I used the basic recipe from here, but used ham, onions, mushrooms, and broccoli instead of the meat & veggies called for here. It came out lovely, but I was frustrated by the lack of cooking time mentioned in the recipe. I doubled it, making 2 quiches, and they took about 25 minutes at 350.
