Rich and Creamy Beef Stroganoff
Whole family loved it. With small children, I did reduce the red pepper flakes to 1/2 teaspoon. We had to use ground beef (2lb) and doubled the roux/sauce and it was perfect.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
The only change I made was to make two larger loaves instead of 4. It takes about 30 min longer at 300 but they still cook just fine. Next time I'll try 1hr10min at 325 as was suggested in another review. I use light sour cream but not fat free and add chocolate chips sometimes.
