Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2012
My one yr old gobbled them up! I cut the carrots in half to bake and they were perfectly cooked after one hour.

Crab Lasagna Roll-Ups

Reviewed: May 2, 2010
I make this recipe on a regular basis and love it. I keep the seasoning as they are, however I will do one thing. When I mix the first 9 ingredients in a bowl I will leave that bowl in the fridge overnight. This seems to allow the flavors to 'marinate' amongst themselves so the spice is no longer overwhelming. This seems to help a lot for us. My hubby and I almost enjoy these more as leftovers than the first day since a little sitting time does wonders for them!

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2009
I made this recipe pretty much as recommended. I have never really liked vegetables and picked this recipe as my first introduction to cauliflower. Not only did i like it, but i found myself enjoying the leftovers the next day. A very good recipe that made a cauliflower lover out of a previous cauliflower hater.

Chinese Pork Chops

Very good recipe, it worked especially well when we cut the pork into chunks and used this as a stir fry marinade. Will definitely make this recipe again!

Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2007
This came out very good. I loved the pineapple glaze. I even used the glaze as a dipping sauce for several shrimp recipes I have and it was great. Will make again.

Bahamian Mahi Mahi

Reviewed: Jun. 29, 2007
Not very good. After marinating overnight it came out extremely bland with almost no taste to it. I thought this would better but it just was not, sad since hubby and I love fish so much.

Garlic Top Sirloin Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2006
This recipe was wonderful! Really great. I did not use a Sirloin roast since I cook for only 2, I just used a rump roast, but it worked great. Will definitely make this again.

Savory Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2006
I just tried these last night and they came out wonderfully. I used imitation crabmeat, and also added several cloves of minced garlic to the whole mix. Putting the ingredients into a food processor to dice them made this very simple. I did end up having extra stuffing left over to make more caps. No problem though!

Blue Cheese and Pear Tartlets

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2005
Great Recipe! I brought these for a dinner party over at my in-laws house. My Father-in-law could not stop raving about them! I used an extra 1/2 pear in this and kept everything else the same. Very good, and very simple.
