This salad is DELICIOUS!! I left out the sour cream because DH is lactose intolerant. I also added 1 Fuji apple chopped into bite-sized pieces for some extra crunch. DH doesn't like green vegetables, but loved this! Thanks!

Delicious cake! I did increase the ingredients by 1/4 as recommended by another review, plus added 1 c. chopped pecans to the batter. I used Cran-Fruit for Chicken instead of a can of cranberry sauce because that was what I had on hand. It comes in two flavors -- Cranberry-Raspberry and Cranberry-Orange. I used the raspberry. I took the cake out after 50 minutes and it was slightly overdone, so will try 40-45 minutes next time.

DELICIOUS!! I used grated cheddar instead of processed cheese and had to add a litte more milk. I also added some cayenne after adding the cheese.

I take this to work regularly and it always disappears quickly. I have used yellow cake mix as well as the white and I think I prefer the yellow.

Fabulous cake! I followed the recipe exactly and it was perfect. I frosted it with Caramel Frosting, but think the Cream Cheese Frosting would be yummy too! Maybe next time I'll try caramel between the layers and Cream Cheese outside the cake -- the best of both worlds!

Delicious pie! It is "soupy", but I've never had a baked strawberry pie, that wasn't soupy. Strawberries aren't like cherries or apples, so they make a pie that is more like a cobbler with two crusts. If you want a firm strawberry pie, you need to make the cold, unbaked kind with a glaze.

DELISH!! I served this before a barbecue and got rave reviews! I used fresh grated parmesan instead of the blue cheese and added a little more salt, but that is a matter of taste. I'll be making this again soon.

The first time I made this exactly by the recipe and it was very good, but I felt it needed more spice. The second time, I used 1/2 c. vegetable oil and 1/2 unsweetened applesauce plus used 2 tablespoons of ginger instead of 2 teaspoons and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon instead of 1. I baked it as a cake in a tube pan (45 minutes) and topped the cake with a simple frosting made of butter, confectioner's sugar, and lemon juice (put it on the top and let it drizzle down the sides). I grated candied ginger and sprinkled that over the frosting. It made a delicious, professional-looking cake that got rave reviews from my guests! This is perfect for the holidays -- sweet, but not too sweet.

I made the recipe exactly as written the first time and it was very good. I needed a quick, but homemade, dish for DH's snack day at work. I didn't have apple pie filling, so substituted raspberry pie filling and omitted the cinnamon -- DELISH!! Raspberry pie filling is sometimes hard to find, but I'll be stocking up when I find it. It was better than the apple! Very moist and tasty!

Easy and delicious! I put everything into the crockpot in the AM and it was ready to eat by supper. I used one teaspoon of cayenne and it was perfect -- just spicy enough. It's not as heavy as beef chili, but still has a nice chili taste. I'll be making this often.

Delicious pie! I followed the recipe exactly. We love lemons and this is the perfect blend of sweet and tart. "3 lemons" is 1/2 cup of juice--you'll get a bit more if you microwave the lemons for about 15 seconds before squeezing. If you squeeze them too hard or press to extract the juice, you might get some bitterness from the pith. A hand-held wooden reamer is best, IMHO. I served it after it had cooled (just room temp) and topped with a dollop of Cool Whip and a strawberry. YUM!

This is a very easy and quick recipe that makes a yummy cake. I made mini-cakes using the Nordicware Mini Bundt pan. I used pecan meal instead of chopped pecans in the bottoms. They were done after baking about 17 minutes. After cooling, I topped each with a small dollop of cream cheese frosting and then drizzled each with thin caramel frosting. They made a spectacular presentation!

Delicious! Just sweet enough -- very tasty. Only made one change, because I didn't have orange juice, and substituted cranberry juice. I was afraid the muffins would be pink, but they weren't. Really yummy. Will definitely be making these again, especially since DH is lactose intolerant, so these are perfect for him!
