Marinara Sauce I
I thought that the wine was too overpowering. On a whole it was good. I now just cut the amount of wine in half.

Chocolate Turtles(R) Cheesecake I
Lots of potential. Ratio of carmel to cheesecake is not quite right. Double the cheesecake filling and save 1/3 of the carmel to dribble on top later if disired. My family liked it best without adding any chocolate and we like rich deserts. Added more butter to crust as some reviewers suggested and will not do it again. I did put the crust higher up on the pan to prevent the caramel from overcooking on the edge. I would recommend toasting the pecans. I had no problem cooking it according to the directs without a water bath.

Leslie's Strawberry Breakfast Chops
This recipe is all about the sauce. It is delicious. I will prepare the pork chops diffenently next time as other reviewers have sugested. Fried chops are always too tough for my taste. Next time I will either cook the pork chops in the sauce or slow cook chops in the oven and then add before serving. It would also taste great as a sauce for stir-fry. Not too hot, even for my two year old.
