This was a hit on my first try. I read through the reviews and doubled the sauce, added poultry seasoning (1/2 tsp), added chili powder (1/4 tsp), and replaced celery seed with garlic salt. Doubling the sauce made the filling just right - I can't imagine how dry it would have been using the original recipe. Also, I would suggest using a little less of the seasoning next time because, although delicious, the pie was quite rich so my boyfriend I could only eat 1 slice per sitting. And like others, I boiled the veggies in chicken broth and used that same broth for the filling. I baked the pie at 375 for 40 minutes and it came out perfect. I also used the pillsbury refrigerated dough but plan to make the dough from scratch next time. Oh and like other reviewers, brush the bottom crust with egg white and bake at 375 for 6 minutes so it won't be soggy when you bake the entire pie.
