Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2015
Excellent sauce! It complimented our spinach/kale raviolis perfectly! the only change I made, however, was to use a can of plain tomato sauce instead of the can of diced tomatoes...it still came out delicious!

So much better than using a red sauce! I will definitely make this again!

Creamed Hard Boiled Eggs

Delicious...I used asiago cheese and it came out great. I think it's best served with salt, pepper and paprika though

Szechwan Shrimp

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2014
My man and I love this Chinese dish. I did make a few changes though. I marinated the shrimp in Old Bay seasoning before cooking (only an hour), used red onion instead of green and used a dash or two of chipotle seasoning instead of the cayenne since that's too spicy for us. Served it over rice and we both went YUM!!

Healthy Banana Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2014
Not bad as far as healthy cookies go. I used sweetened cranberries instead of dates. and would also consider adding semi sweet chips if you want a little bit more of a "cookie" taste.

A Very Popular BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2014
Great recipe but as all others suggested...I simmered it on the stove for a while. Also I cut the brown sugar to only half a cup so it wouldn't be too sweet. Came out just sweet and tangy enough too! For a bit of extra kick, I added a bit more hot pepper sauce too. Yum!

Sweet and Spicy Roasted Almonds

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2013
This recipe came out great! I used peanuts & almonds and cut both the sugars in half and added a bit more chili powder for more kick though.
