I don't know if it's me being pregnant but I wasn't a fan of this recipe... My first time making a meatloaf and I was happy how it finished. I used somewhat of the same recipe, but I added mushrooms, cut onion and garlic in the mixture. It gave more taste, spiced it up and gave it a little twist! I even cut down the brown sugar to 1tbs instead of 2tbs.
Looked perfect, sauce was amazing and the mix was delicious. I'm just sad that I didn't leave it in another 5 or maybe 10 minutes, it was to moist for me. Although my fiance thinks it was amazing and flawless! He thinks it deserves a 4/5.
